EPP – Equipment Protection Plan

• 15% rental charges, on all cycle bills
• EPP covers accidental damage encountered during the ordinary use of the equipment, up to $5,000of damage
• EPP must be accepted at the beginning or prior to the start of the rental agreement.
• All equipment is inspected upon return and customers are responsible for any damage not covered under EPP.
• Note that standard “wear and tear” is covered by Durante Rentals for all rentals.
• EPP Exclusions: EPP does not cover theft, disappearance, damage due to overloading or exceeding rated capacities, nonstandard use, overturning, tire and track damage, transportation or operating without recommended coolants, lubrications, fluids, air pressure level, supports and/or safety equipment, improper use, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or internal damage.Environmental Fee

• 2% rental charges, on all cycle bills
• The Environmental Fee is designed to offset investment costs and expenses related to helping keepthe environment clean while reducing emissions and proper disposal of waste products and parts.

  • Treating our wash bay run-off/waste
  • Investment in low emission rental assets (i.e., Tier IV)
  • Labor costs related to environmental compliance
  • Governmental reporting

• Surcharge amounts 10% of the original delivery or pick-up amount
• Surcharge applies to all deliveries and pick-ups and cannot be discounted
• Fuel surcharge is a fee that helps us recover direct costs resulting from increased prices in diesel fuel.
• Surcharge amount will be reviewed monthly, based on the price of fuel
